Frrole may collect information from you in several ways.

us manage content, and compile statistics about usage of our Services. We and our third party service providers
also use clear GIFs in HTML emails to our customers, to help us track email response rates, identify when our

and APIs made available by other social media platforms including Twitter,
Facebook and Instagram.
For Youtube, Frrole does not support Google sign-up and it does not access any 'authorised data' on Youtube on
behalf of any users. Frrole uses 'non-authorised
data' only to offer insights on any topic. The non-authorised data is collected from Search_List and Video_List
endpoints made available by Youtube. All the data is stored in a secure ElasticSearch data store in monthly
buckets based on the creation date for each video post. As this is not authorized data obtained on behalf of any
user, user level access controls are not required. Each video post is updated based on an exponential backoff
strategy to always show the most updated information about the video. If any video is made private, Frrole
deletes all information w.r.t video. At the end of 30 calendar days, the video is deleted or refreshed by Frrole
automatically, as per Youtube

We may also share aggregated anonymous or de-identified information.

The Frrole Website, apps and products are not directed to children under the age of 13. If we become aware that
